The Ranch House
The Chalk Bluffs room and the Western Suite are located in the ranch
house where reading material, coffee, and a small refrigerator are
available to guests.

Chalk Bluffs Room
This room is located on the ground level. It is
the smallest of the 3 rooms and has large windows
facing West giving guests a first hand view of
the mesa like Chalk Bluffs rising above the prairie.
A queen sized bed with private bath and shower
complete this room.
This room is $65.00 per night for double occupancy. |
Western Suite
 Located downstairs, our Western room offers a
large common area where games and books are available.
Brands, spurs and rodeo pictures adorn the wall.
Stepping into the spacious bedroom
our guests find a queen sized bed and a twin bed. The queen bed has a
quilt made out of jeans, mostly Wranglers and Levis. Two comfortable arm chairs plus a satellite TV complete the room. An in room telephone is also available.
Carpeted stairs lead up to the large bathroom where a shower, TV and tub
for two are located. This room is $75.00 for double occupancy and $10.00 per person for an extra person. |

The Prairie House is adjacent to
the ranch house and offers guests two large rooms.
Large picture windows face the west giving guests
a panoramic view of the Chalk Bluffs and Rocky
mountains of Colorado.

The living room has a moss rock fireplace
featuring a mantle made from a large cottonwood tree.
This tree originally grew on one of the oldest homesteads
in this area. A matching love seat and sofa plus an
antique rocker complete the furnishings. The sofa
makes into a queen sized bed. Off the living room is a private bath with a shower
as well as a washer, dryer and small refrigerator.
In the bedroom guests can view the
short grass prairie of Pawnee Country and Rocky Mountains from the sliding glass doors that open onto a private patio. This spacious room has a king sized bed, winged back chair, small table, telephone, coffee pot, and satellite TV. Off the bedroom is a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The Prairie House is family friendly and is ideal for one or two couples traveling together.
A one night
stay for 2 is $110.00. Two or more nights is $100.00 per night.
